Job summary

The role requires CPA with an active license, a Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s preferred), at least 5 years in public accounting and 2 years of managerial experience, plus strong knowledge of pass-through and corporate taxation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Master’s preferred.
• Must be CPA certified with an active CPA license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong background in pass-through entity structures and corporate taxation.
• Solid understanding of partnership taxation, especially with equity investments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client’s tax compliance needs and deadlines.
• Review complex returns including tax provision work.
• Lead and mentor Tax Staff and Seniors.
• Coordinate client communications and project workflows.
