You will drive local growth, attend community events, and foster ongoing relationships while maintaining high service standards and compliance. This role emphasizes hands-on tax work and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active tax credentials (EA, CPA or practicing attorney) with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must hold or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with colleagues across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and professional service in-person and virtually.
