Job summary

Intuit is seeking year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations across the United States. You will provide hands‑on tax preparation and expert advice, while growing a local client base and connecting customers to Intuit’s broader services.

This onsite role emphasizes end‑to‑end service, community engagement, and a trusted customer experience. We value seasoned tax professionals with active PTINs and a willingness to expand into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory work.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00, Monday–Friday, at least 20 hours weekly.
• Training and uniforms required; ability to be advertised as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; holistic tax advisory experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex filings.
• Grow local TurboTax client base via outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, planning services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Build relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in meetings.
• Interact with clients in person and via Intuit video tools; deliver excellent service.
