Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location nationwide. You will deliver full-service tax preparation, offer expert advice, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season recommended.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must work onsite, 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00 schedule.
• Training and compliance requirements will apply.
• Uniforms provided; may be used for advertising.
• English with optional Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Advise on deductions, amendments, and tax planning in everyday language.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Partner with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to serve clients end-to-end.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
