Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide on-site tax expertise, client-focused service, and collaborative support across Intuit’s ecosystem to deliver end-to-end tax solutions. You will work with a team of tax professionals, serve both in-person and virtual clients, and help grow the local client base through outreach and partnerships while maintaining a strong focus on customer

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20 hours/week minimum, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and deductions optimization.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and advisory services.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and relationship building.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience; connect clients with appropriate services.
