Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will engage with clients in person, deliver end-to-end tax solutions, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to maximize client outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring active EA/CPA credentials, PTIN, and 3+ years of tax preparation experience, with willingness to work onsite and build a local

Qualifications

• Must hold EA/CPA or law license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid tax prep for 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem partners (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) to address client needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via digital tools.
