Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory work at turnkey TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will deliver end-to-end tax services, integrate with bookkeeping and payroll teams, and help clients navigate personal and business tax needs with a client-focused approach. You’ll build local relationships, expand the client base, and partner with marketing and product teams to provide seamless service and year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Partner with business tax specialists to address complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and events.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience on-site.
