You will integrate with a team of tax professionals and leverage Intuit resources to deliver end-to-end services, from discovery through final review. You will play a key role in community engagement, attracting new clients, and expanding the local presence of TurboTax while offering access to broader Intuit ecosystem solutions like

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney credentials preferred or required.
• Minimum 3 years of tax preparation experience with multiple Form 1040 filings.
• Ability to work onsite at a TurboTax location; willingness to grow services locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Collaborate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and resolve tax questions.
• Build lasting relationships to support year-round financial services.
