Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team across the United States to provide tax expertise and help customers navigate their tax needs. You will act as a trusted advisor and drive local growth through outreach and personalized service.

This role offers meaningful community impact, onsite work, and opportunities to expand knowledge within Intuit's ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• Active tax credentials (EA, CPA, or attorney) with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must hold a PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid 1040 federal/state returns prepared with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with company training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, ≥20 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete TurboTax client preparations for simple to complex returns.
• Lead local outreach, events, and partnerships to grow the TurboTax client base.
• Help clients understand full Intuit ecosystem and relevant services.
