Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a new location across the United States.

This role combines tax expertise with entrepreneurial energy to guide clients through personal and business tax matters in a local setting. You will work on-site with a collaborative team, delivering full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing a local client base and expanding Intuit’s community presence.

Qualifications

• Must have EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with tax prep experience.
• Minimum 3 years, filing 30+ Fed/State 1040s per season with professional software.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hrs/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, optimise tax liabilities, and plan future taxes.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal specialists for end-to-end client support.
• Deliver a seamless Intuit experience in-person and virtually.
