Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services, serving individuals and businesses while coordinating with a broader team of specialists.

primarily onsite hours, with a focus on growing the local client base, offering in-person and virtual support, and guiding clients through the full Intuit ecosystem for year‑round prosperity.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build local growth: identify prospects, outreach, partnerships, and events to attract clients.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
