Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support while growing local client relationships.

Responsibilities include proactive community outreach, delivering accurate tax solutions, and creating an approachable tax experience for customers. Must reside in the United States and be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Licensed tax professional with active credentials (EA, CPA, or attorney).
• PTIN must be active by law to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax compliance.
• Three years of experience filing 30+ 1040s per season using professional software.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Lead local marketing efforts and grow TurboTax client base.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships.
