Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. in Washington is seeking a Retirement Plan Specialist for the Tax Exempt Market to deliver on-site education for plan sponsor participants and conduct seminars on plan features, investments, and retirement planning.

You will meet one-on-one to counsel employees and retirees, coordinate with plan sponsors and administrators, help boost participation, develop materials, and ensure compliance with FINRA rules. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retirement/financial services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63, 65 licensing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site education for Plan Sponsor Participants.
• Conduct educational seminars/webinars on plan features, investments, and retirement-related topics.
• Conduct one-on-one financial advisory investment counseling sessions with employees and retirees.
• Coordinate with Plan Administration, legal counsel, and Plan Sponsors to resolve participant issues.
• Work with Plan Sponsors to increase participation among employees.
• Develop and implement presentation materials and schedule retirement seminars.
