Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Tax Exempt TPA Services Representative to serve as the primary contact for assigned sponsored retirement plans, delivering superior service and managing relationships with sponsors, participants, TPAs, and internal teams.

You will collaborate with sales, recordkeeping, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery, drive plan retention, and contribute to product development and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience within the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated customer service experience and strong client support skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned sponsored plans.
• Resolve service and communication issues through direct interaction with plan sponsors, participants, TPAs, and internal teams.
• Participate in relationship management activities with plan sponsors and customers.
• Partner with sales, recordkeeping, and operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless service delivery.
• Contribute to product development initiatives and process improvement efforts.
• Independently resolve complex customer service and communication issues.
• Identify and support plan retention opportunities with sponsors, distribution partners, and TPAs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
