We are working with a reputable midsize AmLaw200 firm in their search for a Tax/Executive Compensation attorney.

This is a very unique role in that it incorporates both traditional transactional tax law and executive compensation work, supporting a wide range of corporate transactions for both practices.

• Work on advising clients on tax issues related to complex corporate work such as mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, fund formations, real estate investments, and cross-border investments.
• Counsel clients on executive compensation matters, including deferred compensation, tax-qualified retirement plans, and employee benefits
• Ability to closely analyze IRC and related regulations is needed
• LL.M in tax is preferred (but not required)
