Role Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Associate with 3–7 years of experience, primarily focused on Mergers & Acquisitions. This role involves handling transactions from start to finish, including drafting, due diligence coordination, and potential exposure to capital markets and other corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle public and private M&A transactions
• Draft and review transactional documents
• Coordinate due diligence and closing processes
• Manage deal timelines and maintain transaction checklists
• Mentor junior attorneys, as needed
• Occasionally assist with capital markets or other corporate matters

Requirements

• BigLaw experience required
• J.D. and admission to the NY Bar (in good standing)
• 3–7 years of experience in corporate/M&A law
• Strong drafting and transaction management skills
• Familiarity with securities laws preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
