• Provide strategic counseling on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with cross-office teams on high-profile deals.
• Mentor junior attorneys and take on client-facing responsibilities.

Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of relevant corporate transactional experience, with a focus on M&A and private equity transactions.
• Experience handling complex deals independently and within team environments.
