Job summary

Cherry Bekaert Advisory LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Client Support Liaison to join the Core Tax team. You will act as the primary contact for non-technical client matters, coordinating documents, utilizing Tax software, and supporting billing and data management.

You will collaborate with Partners and Managers to streamline processes and ensure timely delivery of tax work. The role involves supporting engagement administration, reporting, and process improvements while maintaining high

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Related professional experience in client support and administrative workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Attention to detail, problem solving, initiative and urgency.
• Ability to adjust schedule and accommodate workload on deadline days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for clients on non-technical matters, including requesting documentation and following up on letters and e-file forms.
• Support engagement administration, including rolling tax returns in CCH Axcess and Engagement binders.
• Prepare PBC and open-items lists and assist with e-file rejections and engagement letters.
• Coordinate due-date reporting by scheduling review meetings and creating nonstandard reports.
• Support TaxCaddy account management and monitor incoming documents.
