Job summary

Cherry Bekaert Advisory LLC is seeking a Client Support Liaison to act as the primary contact for clients on non-technical matters and to coordinate documentation and communication. You will assist with tax engagement administration and use tools like CCH Axcess and Engagement binders to keep work moving smoothly.

You will prepare PBC lists, handle e-file workflows, and help generate nonstandard reports, while supporting billing, reporting, and data management in a fast-paced Core Tax team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Related professional experience in client support and administrative workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with urgency.
• Ability to adjust schedule to handle workload on deadline days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for clients on non-technical matters and coordinate documentation.
• Support engagement administration, including rolling tax returns in CCH Axcess and Engagement binders.
• Prepare PBC and open-items lists and assist with e-file processes.
• Coordinate due-date reporting and create nonstandard reports as needed.
• Support account management, document intake, and workflow progression.
