Job summary

Cherry Bekaert LLP in Houston, TX seeks a detail-oriented Client Support Liaison to join our Core Tax team. You will be the primary contact for clients on non-technical matters, handling document collection and coordinating e-file processes.

You will assist managers with tax engagement administration, prepare PBC and open-item lists, support TaxCaddy account management, and help streamline reporting and data management across SharePoint binders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Related professional experience in client support and admin workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work with urgency.
• Flexibility to adjust schedule for heavy workload.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients on non-technical matters.
• Coordinate document collection and e-file support.
• Assist with engagement administration and filing in CCH Axcess.
• Prepare PBC and open-item lists and monitor due dates.
• Support TaxCaddy account management and reporting processes.
