Job summary

Cherry Bekaert Advisory LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Client Support Liaison to join our Core Tax team. You will act as the primary contact for clients on non-technical matters, handle document coordination, technology support, and ongoing communication.

You will collaborate with Partners and Managers to streamline processes, ensure timely delivery, and support internal operations including billing, reporting, and data management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a client-service-driven environment; administrative experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on non-technical matters and coordinate document requests and technology support.
• Assist clients with Suralink, TaxCaddy, and SafeSend for smooth document exchange and access troubleshooting.
• Support Partners and Managers by rolling Axcess Tax Returns and creating client tax returns in CCH Axcess.
• Prepare engagement letters, consents, and e-file forms; resolve schema errors, e-file rejections, and open items.
