Job summary

EisnerAmper is looking for a Tax Content Manager to design and maintain a centralized Tax knowledge and content library. You will collaborate with Tax, Practice, Industry, and Growth teams to translate expertise into accessible client-focused content and ensure materials stay current and compliant.

You will report to the Chief Growth Officer, Tax, and help shape knowledge-management standards while supporting a high-performing team in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business, or a related field required.
• At least 3 years of experience within the Tax practice of an accounting firm.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Tax knowledge and content library, establishing a clear structure for organizing, maintaining, and accessing content across the Tax practice.
• Partner with Tax professionals, Practice and Industry teams, and Growth to translate technical expertise and market insight into clear, client-focused content.
• Evaluate Tax content for technical accuracy, relevance, quality, and commercial effectiveness, identifying opportunities to strengthen or refresh materials.
• Capture and preserve valuable institutional knowledge from across the Tax practice and make it accessible and reusable for appropriate audiences.
• Establish and maintain content standards, governance, naming conventions, metadata, and lifecycle processes to support a scalable knowledge-management environment.
• Identify content and knowledge gaps and work with Tax, Practice, Industry, and Growth leaders to prioritize areas for development.
• Manage content responsibly, maintaining appropriate standards for confidentiality, reuse, and accessibility across the practice.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement by building awareness of available resources, monitoring use and quality, and identifying opportunities to strengthen the Tax knowledge and content ecosystem.
