Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks a Tax Content Manager to build and manage the knowledge and content infrastructure supporting our Tax practice. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, Tax, this role will collaborate with Tax, Practice, Industry and Growth teams to create a centralized Tax knowledge library.

You will blend tax knowledge with strong writing, editing and knowledge-management discipline to ensure our best content is current, accessible, and easy to use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience within the Tax practice of an accounting firm.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to accuracy.
• Knowledge-management discipline and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Tax knowledge and content library, establishing structure for access.
• Partner with Tax, Practice, Industry, and Growth to translate expertise into client-focused content.
• Evaluate Tax content for accuracy, relevance, quality, and commercial impact.
• Capture and preserve institutional knowledge for reuse across audiences.
• Establish and maintain content standards, governance, metadata, and lifecycle processes.
• Identify content gaps and work with leaders to prioritize development.
• Manage content with confidentiality, reuse, and accessibility in mind.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of the Tax knowledge ecosystem.
