Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Content Manager to build and manage the Tax knowledge and content library for the firm's practice. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will work across Tax service offerings, collaborating with Tax, Practice, Industry, and Growth teams to deliver centralized content.

You will apply tax expertise, strong writing, and knowledge-management discipline to ensure content is current and accessible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Tax practice of an accounting firm.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Tax knowledge and content library, establishing a clear structure for organizing, maintaining, and accessing content across the Tax practice.
• Partner with Tax professionals, Practice and Industry teams, and Growth to translate technical expertise and market insight into clear, client-focused content.
• Evaluate Tax content for technical accuracy, relevance, quality, and commercial effectiveness, identifying opportunities to strengthen or refresh materials.
• Capture and preserve valuable institutional knowledge from across the Tax practice and make it accessible and reusable for appropriate audiences.
• Establish and maintain content standards, governance, naming conventions, metadata, and lifecycle processes to support a scalable knowledge-management environment.
• Identify content and knowledge gaps and work with Tax, Practice, Industry, and Growth leaders to prioritize areas for development.
• Manage content responsibly, maintaining appropriate standards for confidentiality, reuse, and accessibility across the practice.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement by building awareness of available resources, monitoring use and quality, and identifying opportunities to strengthen the Tax knowledge and content ecosystem.
