Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Content Manager to build and manage a centralized Tax knowledge and content library. You will partner with Tax, Practice, Industry, and Growth teams to translate expertise into client-focused content and ensure materials remain current and accessible.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this role emphasizes knowledge management discipline, editorial rigor, and collaboration across Tax service offerings to improve content quality and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business, or a related field is required.
• Strong understanding of tax services and the accounting firm environment.
• At least 3 years of experience working within the Tax practice of an accounting firm.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Tax knowledge and content library, establishing a clear structure for organizing, maintaining, and accessing content across the Tax practice.
• Partner with Tax professionals, Practice and Industry teams, and Growth to translate technical expertise and market insight into clear, client-focused content.
• Evaluate Tax content for technical accuracy, relevance, quality, and commercial effectiveness, identifying opportunities to strengthen or refresh materials.
• Capture and preserve valuable institutional knowledge from across the Tax practice and make it accessible and reusable for appropriate audiences.
• Establish and maintain content standards, governance, naming conventions, metadata, and lifecycle processes to support a scalable knowledge-management environment.
• Identify content and knowledge gaps and work with Tax, Practice, Industry, and Growth leaders to prioritize areas for development.
• Manage content responsibly, maintaining appropriate standards for confidentiality, reuse, and accessibility across the practice.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement by building awareness of available resources, monitoring use and quality, and identifying opportunities to strengthen the Tax knowledge and content ecosystem.
