Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Content Manager to build and manage a centralized tax knowledge and content library. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will collaborate with Tax, Practice, Industry, and Growth teams to translate technical tax knowledge into clear, client-focused content.

You will own content standards, governance, metadata, and lifecycle processes, ensuring materials are accurate, accessible, and reusable across the Tax practice while driving adoption of the firm’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of tax services and the accounting firm environment.
• At least 3 years of experience working within the Tax practice of an accounting firm.
• Advanced degree in Taxation, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 10-12 years of Accounting industry experience, with at least 5 years within a Tax practice in content creation, knowledge management preferred.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Tax and other firm functions.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Tax knowledge and content library.
• Partner with Tax and Growth teams to translate expertise into client content.
• Evaluate content for accuracy, relevance, and commercial effectiveness.
• Capture and preserve institutional knowledge across the Tax practice.
• Establish content standards, naming conventions, metadata, and lifecycle processes.
• Identify content and knowledge gaps and prioritize areas for development.
• Manage content with confidentiality, reuse, and accessibility.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of tax resources.
