Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks a Tax Content Manager to build and sustain the Tax knowledge and content library, ensuring accuracy and accessibility across the Tax practice. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the role translates tax expertise into client-focused content.

You will collaborate with Tax, Practice, Industry, and Growth teams to establish standards, governance, and lifecycle processes, driving adoption and preserving institutional knowledge across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business, or a related field is required.
• Strong understanding of tax services and the accounting firm environment is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in the Tax practice of an accounting firm.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Tax knowledge and content library, establishing a clear structure for content across the Tax practice.
• Partner with Tax professionals, Practice and Industry teams, and Growth to translate technical expertise into client-focused content.
• Evaluate Tax content for technical accuracy, relevance, quality, and commercial effectiveness.
• Capture and preserve institutional knowledge across the Tax practice for accessibility and reuse.
• Establish and maintain content standards, governance, metadata, and lifecycle processes.
• Identify content gaps and prioritize development with Tax and related leaders.
• Drive adoption by building awareness of resources and monitoring usage and quality.
• Ensure content confidentiality, reuse, and accessibility across the practice.
