Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing a local client base and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires an EA/CPA license or equivalent, at least 3 years of tax filing experience, and a willingness to work in a front-facing retail environment with uniform.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license to file taxes.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience (30+ returns).
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide full service tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Lead local outreach and grow the client base in the community.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a retail setting.
• Utilize TurboTax tools and resources to assist clients.
