You will guide customers through in-person tax preparation, offer tax advice, and help them navigate TurboTax products while delivering an exceptional service experience. This role emphasizes community engagement, building long-term client relationships, and leveraging marketing support to grow your client base.

Qualifications

• Proven tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
• Ability to build client relationships and communicate clearly.
• Familiar with local community outreach and marketing support.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and act as the public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the client base through proactive outreach and local events.
