Job summary

EY seeks a Communications Supervising Associate to strengthen internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. You will craft and manage internal news, newsletters, and emails while maintaining process guides and data metrics.

You will collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams, edit content for accuracy, and analyze reach and engagement to guide decisions. This role offers a remote U.S. work option and growth within EY’s global network.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree with a communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• Typically no less than 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Analytics, Power BI and other AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the function's communication strategy with stakeholders.
• Identify content opportunities, engage SMEs, secure reviews and approvals.
• Edit content for grammar, quality, and brand adherence.
• Manage channels: mailings, newsletters, internal articles, news page.
• Ensure consistent messaging across audiences.
• Liaise with video production on internal/external videos.
• Collect and analyze metrics to gauge reach and engagement.
• Develop communications plans with various groups.
• Participate in related programs and meet deadlines.
