Intuit, Inc. is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location.

You will deliver full-service tax preparation and expert guidance, while collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to ensure a complete financial picture for clients. You'll build local client relationships, participate in community outreach, and leverage Intuit resources to expand TurboTax adoption.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, networking, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing tools.
• Coordinate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.
