Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll deliver hands-on tax preparation, personalized advice, and build a loyal client base within your local community.

The role focuses on engaging customers, growing TurboTax’s presence, and providing a best-in-class tax experience while operating in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador for TurboTax locally, engaging with prospects and converting leads.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, building trust and long-term relationships in-person and via TurboTax tools.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support to grow the client base and community presence.
• Assist clients with tax planning, deductions, refunds, and tailored tax solutions.
