Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will deliver full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while building a thriving local client base.

As a community ambassador, you’ll engage prospects, grow your network, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a retail setting. You’ll wear a TurboTax uniform and provide friendly, professional service daily.

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
  • Must possess an active PTIN to file taxes.
  • Must be able to obtain any required state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
  • Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

  • Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
  • Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Lead local marketing initiatives and make taxes approachable for the community.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
