Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while growing a local client base and building relationships in the community. You will work onsite in a retail setting, serving as a trusted advisor and helping customers navigate their tax needs with TurboTax products.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location; 20+ hours/week.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes; state licenses as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base and establish long-term relationships in the local community.
• Represent TurboTax in local marketing efforts and engage with customers in a retail setting.
