Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking diligent TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, personalized advice, and software support while building a local client base and presenting Intuit resources to meet client needs. You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions, strengthening community presence and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals to drive community growth.
• Coordinate with Intuit specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and cross-sell services.
• Assist clients with tax planning and software support to maximize outcomes.
