Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 returns using professional tax preparers software; familiar with Circular 230.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, building a local client base and leading outreach events.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build relationships and grow long-term client loyalty through trusted guidance and ongoing engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service and clear communication.
