Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience preparing complex individual and business returns, tax planning, audit support, and notices.
• Strong communication skills to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must maintain IRS and state requirements and continue education.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
