• Strong in Microsoft Office Suite and tax software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day workload of the local tax administration team.
• Set performance goals and develop team members.
• Ensure team is trained on software, resources, and processes.
• Evaluate performance and provide feedback to direct reports.
• Generate and analyze reports to assess workflow.
• Communicate updates and potential risks to leadership.
