EY, a global leader in professional services, seeks a Seasonal Senior Manager in our National Tax Department (NTD) to advise on tax accounting and planning for complex clients. You\'ll guide tax provision preparation, review processes for accuracy, and help strengthen internal controls in line with Sarbanes-Oxley 404.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with significant tax or legal experience; MST/MAcc/JD/LLM preferred
• CPA license or active state bar membership
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in tax or related professional services
• Broad understanding of federal income taxation
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and detail orientation

Responsabilités

• Provide clients with tax guidance and consulting related to tax accounting and planning
• Assist with tax provision preparation and review
• Review tax provision process to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Assess tax risk and controls beyond SOX 404
