EY is seeking a Seasonal Senior Manager in tax to guide clients through complex accounting and planning tasks including restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions, and GAAP conversions. You’ll review tax provisions and help improve controls and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with significant tax or legal experience.
• CPA license or active state bar membership required or preferred.
• Experience with federal income taxation and tax accounting processes.

• Assist with preparation and review of the tax provision and related processes.
• Identify risks, monitor controls, and improve efficiency and accuracy of tax processes.
