Job summary

EY is seeking a Seasonal Senior Manager in the National Tax Department to provide tax accounting guidance and planning for clients, including internal restructurings, acquisitions, and GAAP conversions. The role focuses on delivering accurate tax provisions and ensuring strong internal controls.

Based in the US, anywhere in the country, you will review tax provision processes, assess tax risk, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to shape reliable financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with significant tax or legal experience; MST/MAcc/JD/LLM preferred.
• Valid US CPA license or active state bar membership.
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in professional services, tax organization, law firm, or IRS.
• Broad understanding and experience with federal income taxation.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal abilities.
