Qualifications

• Tax Accounting Projects and Consulting.
• Tax Provision Preparation/Review; assist with tax provision.
• Process and Controls Enhancement.
• Key Risks Identification, Prioritization, Monitoring and Remediation.
• Strong ASC 740 and IAS 12 experience; corporate tax planning and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with tax guidance and consulting related to tax accounting and planning (internal restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions).
• Assist companies with all aspects of their preparation of the tax provision.
• Review the tax provision process to improve efficiency, accuracy and control environment (SOX 404).

Education

Bachelor's degree

MST, MAcc, or JD/LLM preferred
