The office has been in business since 1988 and offers a busy but quiet professional setting with a close-knit team of 13 people. This Tax Accountant role is ideal for someone who enjoys focused tax work, values consistency, and can thrive during the high-volume January through April/May tax season. The temp-to-hire structure provides a strong path for long-term growth with a reputable organization.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay rate: $33 to $38+ per hour.
• Position type: Temp-to-hire.
• Location: Maitland, FL 32751.
• Work arrangement: 100% onsite.
• Schedule: 40 hours per week until tax season.
• Tax season schedule: Approximately 60 hours per week from January through April/May.
