Golden Route Operations, LLC seeks a Tavern Operations Manager to oversee daily gaming/bar venue operations, service standards, staffing, and efficiency. You will ensure guest experiences meet expectations and assist with escalated issues as directed by management.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining cleanliness, inspecting for appearance and stocking, managing daily cash drops, and enforcing liquor laws and age verification per company policy.

Qualifications

• Two to five years restaurant/gaming and supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsabilités

• Supervise staff to ensure the location is clean and guests receive timely service, and the staff is following set procedures.
• Observe and evaluate team members and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service.
• Inspect location for appearance, orderliness, cleanliness, and proper stocking.
• Manage daily drops when applicable.
• Notify leadership of unusual incidents involving guests or team members.
• Assist in administering disciplinary action under direction of leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of operational procedures front and back of house.
• Prepare and serve drinks to proper standards, including for staff.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to guests and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
• Adhere to sanitation requirements and company policies.
