Job summary

Golden Gaming, LLC in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Tavern Manager to lead the venue’s service, staffing, and day-to-day operations to deliver a welcoming, consistent, high-quality guest experience.

You will set and uphold service standards, coach and evaluate staff, manage inventory and POS processes, ensure compliance with liquor laws and gaming regulations, and drive guest satisfaction through professional leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in tavern/restaurant or gaming environment.
• Strong knowledge of liquor laws and health regulations.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
