Qualifications

• Two to five years of restaurant/gaming supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting and managerial aspects of F&B.
• Solid general office skills.
• Willingness to be on call 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tavern operations in GM/Manager absence.
• Supervise staff to ensure cleanliness, proper setup, and timely service.
• Monitor procedures to maintain quality standards and service.
• Perform payroll, scheduling, PTO, and other admin duties.
• Communicate incidents to Regional Ops Manager/VP of Ops.
• Assign stations, manage discipline, and train staff.
