Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the high-volume food beverage or hospitality industry with leadership in multi-unit operations.
• Proven track record of effective decision-making under pressure in dynamic environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence, coach, and resolve conflict across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to adapt leadership style to changing business needs and team dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, schedule, coach, evaluate, and manage department staff to support high performance and service excellence.
• Translate organizational goals into actionable plans with clear accountability and timelines.
• Maintain service standards and ensure guest satisfaction across all tavern locations.
• Oversee budgets, food and equipment purchases, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure staffing levels, cleanliness, safety, and equipment needs across venues.
• Handle escalated employee relations with HR and management oversight.
• Communicate regularly with department heads to resolve issues and align initiatives.
• Oversee payroll and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including gaming-related controls.
• Provide outstanding guest service aligned with the company’s standards.
