Job summary

Golden Route Operations LLC is seeking a Tavern Supervisor to assist in running a restaurant/bar venue in Nevada. The role focuses on service, staffing, and efficiency to meet guest expectations.

You will respond to escalations and help manage daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety. The position requires 2–5 years in restaurant/gaming supervisory roles, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage staff in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational and scheduling abilities with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and basic accounting in the food/beverage sector.
• Familiarity with general office software and record-keeping practices.
• Ability to lead a team, collaborate with management, and maintain guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tavern operations in the absence of the General/Tavern Manager.
• Supervise staff to ensure cleanliness, timely service, and proper procedures.
• Manage cash handling, payroll, scheduling, and PTO for the team.
• Escalate incidents to Regional Operations Manager or VP of Operations as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor laws, age verification, and responsible service.
• Prepare and serve drinks to spec and ensure bar supplies are stocked.
• Ensure sanitation and safety for staff and guests.
