Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Committed to a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
• Accurately take and fill food and drink orders using POS systems and handle payments.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and service sequence; check IDs for alcohol.
• Assist fellow servers and staff to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Keep tavern clean and organized; restock and set up condiment stations.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines per policy and health regulations.
• Display friendly hospitality and a positive attitude toward guests and team members.
• Comply with gaming laws and internal controls as applicable.
