Tattoo Partners is seeking a dependable Key Holder in Las Vegas to support daily studio operations and deliver an upscale client experience. You will open/close the studio, assist with bookings, and help drive sales while coordinating with management and staff.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales, and operational support in a fast-paced, artistic environment. Prior supervisory and sales experience are valued, along with strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a key holder or supervisory role in high-end service or retail.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with email handling and data entry; basic scheduling and POS familiarity.
• Able to take initiative, stay calm under pressure, and solve problems independently.
• Comfortable using POS systems and scheduling software; able to handle cash.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to evolving studio needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service from check-in to follow-up.
• Assist with appointment bookings and product recommendations.
• Promote studio services and retail products to meet sales goals.
• Open and close the studio; follow security and cash handling protocols.
• Manage front desk tasks and basic administrative duties.
